Moving stuff to scraps?

Hey guys! I looked through DevArt's help section and couldn't find an answer, so I'm asking the question here instead:

- Does moving something from your main gallery to your scraps section (or vise versa) cause a watch notification?

I'm thinking of reorganizing my gallery, but I don't want to do so if it would end up flooding people's message boxes with useless crap. An answer would be appreciated, thanks.

Hmmm. It's almost 4:00AM and my mind is flipping right about now, so I'll have to do it later. Sleepy-time for now.
